This is a key hire for WeTransfer, as the second commercial role in the UK, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to shape the role and their future within WeTransfer. You will report into the UK Sales Director and work closely with our Account Management and Ad Operations teams in our HQ in Amsterdam.

We are looking for someone who can handle multiple projects simultaneously and is capable of maintaining oversight and structure. You know what it takes to make a client happy and you have the charm and convincing power to get everyone on board to get the highest impact campaign live in time. You will be part of a team that works and plays hard, and always committed to score, with the company's best interest at heart.

Experience you probably have:
- 5+ years experience in a media sales or similar role
- Working with media agencies and direct with brands
- Leading pitches and proposal development
- Overseeing the delivery of campaigns that you have sold
- Delivering growth, in relation to a product, client or agency (or all three!)
- Collaborating across departments and teams
Traits you might have:
- An ability to multi-task, and prioritise work under time pressure
- Communication skills. Both as a listener and a persuader
A global mindset. WeTransfer has a global sales team (Amsterdam, London, New
York, L.A.) and you will need to work across time zones and be open to travel for
