What you’ll be doing
As a thoroughly experienced product designer you know that the hardest work comes after launching and establishing a product-market fit. You’ll play a key role in successfully growing and evolving WeTransfer, and coach other designers to take the appropriate approach: knowing when and how to move fast, and when to finesse the details – always with the bigger picture in mind. This is your game, and you know how to play it.

WeTransfer is used by millions of creatives and businesses every day as a simple and beautiful way to deliver files to people around the world, ranging from a single collaborator to massive audiences. Our wallpaper advertising model allows us to offer a free service for anyone to use – no strings attached. A paid version offers a whole other side of WeTransfer including extra features, such as transfer insights, customization options, and the ability to send even larger files.
What we’ll be looking for
You have lead designers at an established product company. Are comfortable with making quick decisions and obvious experience in using agile methodologies in cross-functional teams.
A portfolio that speaks volumes about your talent, skill, and experience. You’re experienced with IA, UX, research, visual design, and prototyping.
Smarts and an inquisitive attitude. You’ll deal with quite a bit of complexity, and should be comfortable with ambiguity and abstraction.
You articulate your ideas effectively through your verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in the English language is required.

You love to learn, unlearn, and relearn. In this rapidly changing world, it’s imperative to keep evolving.

This role is based in our Amsterdam office. You should live within a commutable distance.
