Are you a people person and want to be part of an international and vibrant adtech company? We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to support our growth in the APAC region.
You will collaborate with hiring managers from different teams and locations and manage the complete candidate lifecycle from pre-opening and interviewing to the closing stage.
In the pre-opening stage, you will create performance profiles and spread them on different job boards, brief the hiring managers on our applicant tracking system and train them on interviewing techniques. You will source candidates utilizing different tools and channels, screen CVs, conduct interviews on a daily basis and coordinate meetings with candidates and hiring leads. In the closing stage, you will be the one leading the decision meetings, extending offers and participating in their negotiations. You will quickly own this process for your openings following our credo of guaranteeing a professional and pleasant communication with candidates and the hiring team.
