Adjust is looking for a new team members to join our Events Team in Berlin. We are seeking someone who can execute events in the EMEA region seeing them through from the initial conception to ensuring things run smoothly on site.
As Senior Events Manager should be able to work both independently and as part of cross functional teams, e.g. Sales and Graphic Design. You will be working closely with the Global Events team in organizing B2B as well as internal company events. You will be required to use your clear communication and organization skills to make sure our events are successful, both with external providers and with the team internally.
As part of an international company, you should be prepared to work with colleagues and partners in different time zones. We'd like you to be forward thinking, proactively pushing updates to our existing event and swag portfolio. One of your key tasks will be managing the creation of custom marketing material and swag, from design through production. Your extensive experience in organizing and planning B2B events will help you get up to speed quickly. If you have handled negotiation and communication with external service providers, you will be sure to get up to speed quickly.
It would be beneficial if you are familiar with the professional production and printing of promotional materials. You are an organizational wizard, and the ability to prioritize, structure and deliver your projects in a timely manner comes naturally to you. You are creative, flexible, stress-resistant and reliable as well as energetic. Foremost, we are looking for a team player that possesses a hands-on mentality and executes their tasks in a self-confident manner. You should also feel comfortable speaking both English and German.
