This is a challenging new role that will enable you to learn, develop and get a foot in the door in the lucrative SaaS industry.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of roles for our UK and German office. We require a self-starter who can work autonomously to source and coordinate candidates throughout the recruitment process.
You will have full access to all recruitment tools and search platforms for both UK & Germany.
You will be fully briefed on all roles and will be working closely with hiring managers in each department.
German language skills are not required for this role.
Sourcing candidates from direct targeting, using international platforms, social networking, employee referrals and local networking events
Manage relationships with our recruitment partners and ensure they are operating at CS standard
Building strong local and international candidate pipelines
Reviewing CVs & applications
Coordinating the recruitment process from job ad to offer
Interviewing and prepping candidates for roles
Fully briefing hiring managers before each interview
Producing adverts for roles
Maintaining successful candidate relationships
Ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
Operating our ATS - Lever + maintaining the recruitment tracker
Promoting Contentsquare at every given opportunity
Providing weekly progress reports to each hiring manager & executive
Minimum 2 years recruitment experience in an inhouse or agency role
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth environment
Able to work autonomously with little supervision
Passion for start-up environment and philosophy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to think outside the box in order to attract the best candidates in a competitive market
Professional phone manner
Experience with and maintaining an ATS
