What we're looking for:
We are looking for a fun, energetic, self-driven Assistant Controller with a motivating personality to get things done. You are forward thinking, able to prioritize competing deadlines and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You enjoy working in fast-paced cross functional environments where you can exercise your teamwork and communication skills. You will work directly with the finance and leadership team to assist with the fantastic growth at Zwift, while ensuring the financial health of the company through preparing, maintaining, and analyzing financial records.
What you'll do:
Responsible for accurate and timely accounting of the company’s global business transactions.
Oversee the month-end close activities of the company’s US and international subsidiaries.
Research and implement various financial related systems, its integrations amongst these systems. Existing systems include but are not limited to Sage Intacct, BigCommerce, Expensify, and Avalara.
Continue to enhance standard processes and procedures.
Help lead the implementation of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system.
Assist with the annual audit of the company’s consolidated financial statements, year-end tax returns for both the US and subsidiary entities.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
What we're looking for:
Global accounting experience.
4-7 years in accounting, financial and analytical roles, CPA preferred.
BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Exposure to working in both a manufacturing and technology, startup, or SaaS businesses undergoing rapid growth and change.
Previous experience with both public accounting firm and pre-IPO or publicly traded company.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Sage Intacct, Expensify, and Avatax (bonus points).
