To support our Nexthink Employee Success Team and to provide the best employee experience for our people, we are looking for an HR Operations Manager whose main responsibilities will be:
Responsible for strategy and execution for HR operations at Nexthink
Design and implement company policies and collaborate on HR projects
Manage a growing team of HR operation generalists and track their progress
Monitor the company’s HR systems/databases and be owner of all the employee data
Manage the flow of employees’ queries (e.g. on compensation, absences/leaves and labor regulations)
Ensure payroll and benefits world-wide
Administer all employee contracts and ensure on-boarding and off-boarding activities
Be the point of contact for all audit & compliance procedures
Maintain a good interface with finance, sales ops and other departments on all HR data and processes
5+ years of experience managing HR operations for a global company
3+ years of experience managing teams
IT/Software company experience undergoing hypergrowth would be desired
Strong background in data-driven HR management with a focus on back-office responsibilities
A strong knowledge of legal matters internationally would be a strong plus
Very strong project management, compliance and organizational skills
Proactive and strong attention to detail (HR data “control freak”)
High ability to work collaboratively in international environments
Proficient in written and oral English/French. Any other languages are considered a big plus
